Survey on attitudes and expenditures of tourists in Croatia - TOMAS 2019. has been published

TOMAS Croatia 2019 is the first visitor survey conducted in both, the Adriatic and the Continental Croatia, from May 2019 to March 2020.

 

The aim of this survey is to profile tourist demand in Croatia according to sociodemographic characteristics, travel motivation, activities, satisfaction and consumption, as well as according to main regions, seasons, type of accommodation and main generating markets.

 

TOMAS Croatia 2019 survey was conducted on a sample of 13,582 respondents/tourists in hotels, hostels, camps and family accommodation establishments (rooms/apartments/houses) in 143 destinations along the country. Domestic tourists and foreign tourists from 24 main generating markets were included.

 

TOMAS Croatia 2019 survey was funded by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian National Tourist Board.
