Dr. Izidora Marković Vukadin, a scientist at the Institute for Tourism, delivered a presentation as part of the panel "Where Is Croatian Tourism Heading? Leisurely to the South or Boldly to Velebit?" at the Croatian Tourism Days held on November 22, 2024, in Opatija.
Together with meteorologist Zoran Vakula, Dr. Marković Vukadin addressed current climate change issues and their impact on tourism trends, as well as her vision for the future of tourism. The presentation tackled key challenges, such as:
