Institute for Tourism and the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts have published Proceedings from the scientific conference "Women in tourism: Lessons learned or lessons forgotten". The conference was held in Split in the period April 19-21, 2023. and brought together a large number of domestic and international scientists dealing with topics such as female workforce in tourism, women's empowerment through tourism, female entrepreneurship in tourism and other related topics.
