The book "Tourism in a VUCA World: Managing the Future of Tourism" edited by Dr. Izidora Marković Vukadin has been published

Our colleague Izidora Marković Vukadin, in coordination with Naser Ul Islam (Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India) and Manjul Chaudhary (Kurukshetra University, Haryana, India), has published an edited volume with Emerald Publishing titled Tourism in a VUCA World: Managing the Future of Tourism.

The book focuses on numerous challenges in modern tourism that have led to an increasing need for a strategic re-evaluation of the tourism industry in the face of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) in the environment. Tourism in a VUCA World: Managing the Future of Tourism aims to identify new approaches to tourism in the recent past, present, and future. New solutions are expected to emerge through the integration of knowledge from social, physical, and biological sciences.

The book consists of 16 chapters, and more information about it can be found at the following link.
