Dr. Jasenka Kranjčević, in cooperation with dr. Suzana Leček (Croatian Institute of History), presented the scientific paper The Stubbe Family and the First Croatian-Slavonian Central Dairy Plant (1903–1945) at the XXXIII Scientific Conference “Germans and Austrians in the Croatian Cultural Circle.”
Dr. Kranjčević wrote the paper as part of the research project AKULTUR – Activating Cultural Heritage in Croatian Tourism.
A proceedings volume containing the full papers from last year’s scientific conference has been published. It includes the paper by Suzana Leček and Jasenka Kranjčević titled Deutsches Haus in Essegg – The German House in Osijek. The topic of the paper was the construction and demolition of the German House building in Osijek, as well as presenting for the first time short biographies of the architect Ivan Kiefer (designer) and Ivan Pirija (contractor).
