On 27 August, she participated in a panel discussion focusing on the position of women during the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, including women’s education, emancipation, art, fashion and humanitarian work. The discussion also addressed the ways in which women contributed to the promotion and development of tourism.
As part of the scientific colloquium held on 28 August, Dr. Jasenka Kranjčević presented a paper entitled “Women in the Promotion of Croatian Tourism during the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy.”
Her participation contributed to highlighting the important role of women in the history of tourism and their contribution to the promotion of Croatian tourist destinations.
