'Tourism development strategy of the municipality Brela and Action Plan includes an analysis of the existing situation, which included an analysis of geographic, climatic and geographical characteristics, the analysis of spatial planning documentation and analysis of tourist resources. Based on the results obtained by analyzing the current situation and inputs received during two workshops held with key stakeholders in tourism industry, tourism development strategy for Brela municipality was defined, which includes vision of tourism development in the municipality, tourism development objectives and brand concept. After that, marketing strategy was also developed, with a particular focus on e-marketing plan. Finally,an action plan was produced, that specifies the key projects to be implemented so that the previously defined vision could be achieved.
