The plan starts from a brief analysis of the current situation, review of planning documents and promotional activities of the system of tourist boards and clusters of the city, county and Slavonia as a whole, review of the pandemic crisis and projected recovery dynamics - summarized through a matrix of opportunities and constraints (modified SWOT matrix). The plan defines nine activities divided into four groups - research and strategic planning, tourism product development, communication and advertising, and destination management. This division, as well as the activities, are adapted to the new methodology of the work plan of tourist boards prescribed by the Croatian Tourist Board, in order to ensure the harmonization of these two main documents of the Tourist Board of the City of Slavonski Brod.
