The tourism development strategy includes three main parts. The first, which includes an analysis of the main features of the destination, an analysis of current trends in the tourism market and examples of good practice, and which ends with a SWOT analysis from which you can see the areas of future action that will valorize the advantages, The second, in which the directions of future development are set, which means that the basic principles of development are defined, a vision that answers the question of how the destination is seen in ten years on the tourist market and finally how it plans its tourism development in space, which is defined through the spatial and programmatic conception of tourism development. After that, in the framework of this second part, in addition to development, directions for improving the management and marketing of the destination are also processed. Finally, the third part refers to implementation activities. It defines development strategies and measures and a detailed explanation of the activity plan that needs to be implemented with the aim of achieving the desired vision and set development goals.
