The project started with tourist trends and current marketing activities. Trends in the field of tourism marketing are described with an emphasis on the use of new technologies. Target segments and markets were defined and a system of tourist products was developed. Implementation activities are elaborated in four areas: research and strategic planning, development of tourist products, communication activities and destination management.
