Inovative tourism development strategy for Šibenik 2015. - 2020.

The project starts from the consideration of the situation analysis of tourism in the town of Šibenik and market trends. This is followed by SWOT matrix. Then, vision, develoment goals and invative tourism products are defined. In the part of marketing strategy communications activities, target segments and e-marketing activities are descibed. The paper concludes by and action plan which descibed 31 projects. For the purpose of the project we conducted eight workshops with stakeholders in the city.
