Regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic, the changes in the tourist market, as well as the exposure to a certain number of problems of an institutional nature (expiration of existing concessions), ACI d.d., through the creation of a new Company Development Strategy., ACI d.d. explored the possibilities of the company's development in the period until 2028. In this sense, and based on a detailed 'status quo' analysis, the Strategy defined appropriate principles, vision and development goals of the Company for the next 4-5 years. In addition, and on the basis of the implemented development priorities, key development activities were also defined, which resulted in a detailed plan of necessary investments both for individual marinas and for the Company as a whole. Finally, based on the defined investment plan, a financial projection of the Company's expected operations until 2028 was made.
