The project encompasses the City of Slavonski Brod and the municipalities of Podcrkavlje, Gornja Vrba, and Bukovlje, which constitute the Slavonski Brod - Posavina destination. The situational analysis included geographical and sociodemographic indicators, an overview of tourism supply and demand, a detailed analysis of tourism resource base, and tourism development management. The results are summarized using a SWOT analysis. Based on the obtained results, strategic recommendations have been defined in alignment with higher-level tourism plans and the development plans of the City of Slavonski Brod and its associated municipalities.
