The study consists of three parts. The first includes the analysis of the tourism of Sisak-Moslavina County, tourism market trends, examples of good practices, SWOT analysis, marketing and communication strategy. In the second part, the theoretical aspects of quality management in tourism are presented and organization of a system for monitoring quality indicators is given. Specific indicators for quality monitoring are also proposed with a description, sources and methods of implementation. Indicators refer to the quality of the destination and the quality of the tourist product. The last, third part, includes an action plan. The activities are grouped into four groups: establishing a quality monitoring system, improving management, enriching the destination product and increase the recognazibility of Sisak-Moslavina County as a tourism destination.
