The project included situation analysis of tourism and analysis of market trends.  Then a SWOT analysis was made and strategic advantages and disadvantages were defined. Examples of good practice in the field of tourism product development are discussed. The tourism development strategy includes the principles of development, vision and goals, brand concept, development of tourism products and defining development clusters. The document concludes with the measures and activities within the four operational strategies: improving the destination's tourist experience, improving the accommodation and other tourism services, improving the organization, marketing and management, and creating the tourist destination image. Finally, the schedule of activities is defined.
